01 / Talent Discovery

Talent Discovery

We are seeking medhabees who possess a flexible mindset, eager to seek the truth. These students will receive specialized training in their preferred fields/skills. Additionally, we will organize various talent-based events to gain insights into the diverse makeup of Bangladeshi students across different social classes. This will foster a strong social bond, preventing them from seeking opportunities abroad, which they perceive as superior.

The selected students will also be nurtured in social and moral virtues, instilling practical ethical behavior that will contribute to their personal growth, benefit their families, and positively impact the entire nation. Traditional values will also be instilled in them, enabling them to learn proper manners, respect for elders, empathy towards fellow citizens, and a selfless approach to life as a whole. These are the very qualities that modern children often lack. Without active measures to counter this social decay, future generations will struggle to thrive, let alone lead the nation and its people.

Medha academy will organize multiple events to find and extract the gifted individuals among the mass. We will run many programs and talent hunting events that will analyze each individual in the very core of their psyche, what they like, what they are good at, what strengths and weaknesses they possess, their sense of meaning in life and so on. After that we will organize a specialized training program that will vary from student to student; as every human being is unique, and they only have 1 life that will not match with anyone else in the world.

02 / Talent Training

Talent Training

Our talent training programs will be the best in the whole world, as our educational research background will be highly enriched with latest research on the human mind, and modes of teaching no one ever saw. The 1-on-1 mentorship program will be the most unique thing here, as everyone else just provides education and teaching en masse. There will be video courses and similar things, but the main focus will be on nurturing and excavating the hidden talents the people have.

It's highly likely that most of the students in Bangladesh are not pursuing their dream subject, or any field based on their personal preferences. This is a long-term mental epidemic of almost every household. They are just pushed into being either a doctor or an engineer, and sometimes a few aim for BCS (Bangladesh Civil Service). That's why it is very prevalent among the youth to study one subject for 6/7 years and then drop it totally for "practical reasons", for instance getting a job. This is a huge problem for someone with a natural talent for certain fields, the fish is forced to climb a tree.

03 / Talent Management

Talent Management

A diverse learning resource ranging from online platforms, virtual reality, interactive simulations, and mentorship programs, our learning and meta-learning modes will make knowledge more fruitful to gather and implement. We already know that lakhs of students study one thing for their whole undergrad and change their field for a job which is completely disconnected from what they learned before. This is a huge loss to their time and also the economy overall.

Learning is a lifelong journey, and our alternative way can continuously encourage students to learn throughout their whole life, and it will also help them to acknowledge the evolving nature of knowledge and the need for ongoing apprenticeship. By collaborating with businesses and industry professionals, we will provide practical experiences, internships, and mentorship opportunities to the students. We will incorporate cross-cultural awareness through international collaboration and global issues into the curriculum to prepare students for a new world that is coming.

American educator and winner of the NYC best teachers’ award, John Taylor Gatto said: "Our school crisis is a reflection of this greater social crisis. We seem to have lost our identity. Children and old people are penned up and locked away from the business of the world to a degree without precedent - nobody talks to them anymore and without children and old people mixing in daily life a community has no future and no past, only a continuous present. In fact, the name \"community\" hardly applies to the way we interact with each other. We live in networks, not communities, and everyone I know is lonely because of that. In some strange way school is a major actor in this tragedy just as it is a major actor in the widening guilt among social classes. Using school as a sorting mechanism we appear to be on the way to creating a caste system, complete with untouchables who wander through subway trains begging and sleep on the streets."
